- Generate design ideas
- Generate multiple ideas that are sympathetic to the project brief, individual client needs and Australian Standards requirements
- Explore, integrate and refine different options through a process of reflection and testing
- Assess and review performance and characteristics of products in accordance with client requirements
- Assess ergonomic, anthropometric and proxemic principles in respect of the space, the intended products and universal access
- Analyse sustainability and cultural considerations in respect of the space
- Present and discuss products, materials and finish options with the client
- Obtain client feedback and revise and refine ideas accordingly
- Finalise design
- Present design solution
